Free consult for immigrants
Polish and English speaking volunteers provide free consultation at the volunteer centre of the Kópavogur Branch. The purpose of this consultation is to help people become familiar with the Icelandic system and to provide assistance to immigrants regarding a variety of issues, such as information regarding day care for children, recreational activities and other information.

Information Centre - Red Cross in Akranes
The Akranes branch of the Red Cross operates an information centre, in cooperation with the town of Akranes, where immigrants and Icelanders can obtain all sorts of important information. Additionally, the Information Centre organizes information sessions to immigrants about Icelandic culture and society.
Close cooperation exists between the Information Centre run by the Akranes Red Cross, the Multicultural and Information Centre in Ísafjörður and the town of Akranes.

Red Cross Information Centre in Fjarðabyggð –eastern region of Iceland
The Red Cross branches located in the area of Fjarðabyggð, the east region of Iceland, operate an information centre in cooperation with the municipality of Fjarðabyggð. At the Information Centre immigrants and Icelanders can obtain important information on a variety of issues.
