The course is intended for anyone, aged 14 and over, who wants to learn first aid and CPR and gain confidence, skills and knowledge in providing assistance to bystanders in an emergency by safely applying simple first aid techniques.
This course is 12 hours, 6 hours per day. The goal is for the participants to be qualified to provide first aid at the scene of an accident. Retraining is recommended every other year.
