ATTENTION! Course is only for Red Cross volunteers and staff.

This course will be taught in ENGLISH. Participants must understand the language in order to participate, there will be no interpreter on-site. If you need a First Aid Course in another language, please contact us at skyndihjalp@redcross.is.

On the course, participants learn basics in first aid and resuscitation. The goal is that participants will be capable of giving first aid in cases of emergency. We recommend repeating the course every 2 years.

Please note that a sufficient number of participants is necessary for the course to be held. Participants must be registered before the course starts and on-site registrations will not be accepted. People who are not registered may be turned away.

Food is not included on the course so we urge participants to bring their own.
