Volunteer training for Info hubs project
A new project will be launching soon that aligns with the core objectives of increasing the personal capacity and empowerment of refugees, as well as supporting their integration into Icelandic society. The project, titled the Information Hubs Project, includes a dedicated training session that is essential for volunteers’ preparation. The training will provide practical information on key topics such as employment, housing, and Icelandic culture and traditions. In addition, it will include a focused Psychological First Aid (PFA) session designed to equip volunteers with the skills needed to respond appropriately to the diverse situations they may encounter throughout their volunteering journey.
